Would you hesitate to buy a 2nd hand 2011 LML with these reported problems? I've been looking for a low mile LML to replace the LB7 as I pass it on to my son in about 6 mos.
truck is:
2011 GMC sierra SLT Crew Cab SB Z71
denali wheels
leather with 40/20/40(requirement)
interior and exterior is immaculate
a roll n lock bed cover \
spray in bed liner
1 yr 2 mos left on 5/100 powertrain with in service date of 7/2011
45,000 miles and they are asking almost $37,000

...So would you consider buying this truck? and why or why not?

Assuming the previous owner dumped it at the ford dealership for a Super Duty after what seems like a problem that wouldn't go away...

the way i look at it when you sell a bunch of trucks like gm products, you only hear about the negative on forums usually. cp4 pump etc issues.

We have a 2011 deleted since 500 miles ran on the hot tune h and s now has 70k miles and everything has been great.

also bought a 2015 deleted at 1500 miles now has 10,000 everything has been great besides the garage door opener doesnt want to work at home all the time lol

I bought my 2011 with 76,000 on it. It had the nox sensors replaced and a lot of other Def and emissions related stuff done. It didn't stop me but I was going to rip it all of to begin wth. If your keeping it stock then it looks like everything should have been replaced on it by now. Only thing that should ever scare someone from an lml is the cp4. That being said it didn't stop me and a shit ton of other people from buying them. They are reliable trucks if taken care of just like anything else. If it's a good price I'd jump on it. It looks great.

Seems like a really good price!!!! And is that not a LT truck? If you buy it then just delete it and tune it and almost all of the problems on the list will be taken care of (dpf crap). If your scared of tearing it up just get the heavy tow tune. What my dad has done on his lml, well what he's in the process of doing anyways....I love that color btw!! Good looking truck and awesome deal I think!

2 ECM's is the big thing that I see as a red flag. We all know that the DEF is junk and should be done away with. But to have a new ECM before it is delived and then to have another replaced at 44,779 kinda wonder why.

But overall it looks great.

If you don't plan on deleting ask them to throw in an extended warranty for free or your walking! ha do that anyways if they will for free!!

Agreed with everyone else, seems like a good price and deletes will get rid of most of what has been problematic. Buy it, Tune it and Drive it like you stole it!

Saw it, thought the same thing...but figured the right up from the dealer is like a lot of them, they pull the info from the company webpage without validating and then post it on the web. Realistically, knock them on the price some since its misadvertised.

Bought my 2011 last May with 24k. I've got 41k on it now. Def tank replaced. Haven't replaced nox sensor yet, but they have 120k warranty now. Regardless, the emissions well be gone when I hit 100001
miles.

I'm in love with this truck. 6th gear pulling 10k up Eisenhower pass at 70mph+ ... smiled the whole way up.

Thats an SLE with aftermarket leather kit and prev owner added the 20s... SLT trucks have color matched door handles and full console

FWIW I just bought a 2nd hand '11 LML with 46k, contemplated the same issues but did it anyway

Yeah, it's an SLE. Door handles are a giveaway as well.
