does anyone know of a DIY for the y bridge removal? or the elbow to the y bridge?

 

upper hard pipe for the upper radiator hose has to be removed , and then you can remove the horn out of the bridge .

 

The y bridge is a bitch to take out. Save the headache and put your stock part back on.

 

45 psi on scotts delete kit for over a year on my LBZ without issue. I would say installer error or improper bracing.

 

so i dont need to remove the y bridge to get that elbow out? im replacing the o rings on the elbow and getting the new updated bracing on my egr delete tube.

 

No , bridge does not have to be removed . Be prepared to pay upwards of sixty dollars for those to o-rings though, the dealership is proud of them .

 

They also have to be certain thickness so don't think you can just use any old o-ring lol
