Ok so i have a friend with a Dmax ZF6 that has been having issues getting it into gear. Its like the clutch peddle wont go down far enough to totaly disengage the clutch so it just wants to grind when he tries to put it in gear. He has taken it to the dealer three times with no luck, They cant figure out what is going on :cookoo[1]:
Has anbody had issues like this? Truck is at my brothers tranny shop and he is looking for ideas on what to look at. Is it possible the fire wall is flexing and not letting the clutch have full motion?
