My c4500 wil crack for them stop someone told me there is a bad relay and harness on the bottom of one of the leaf springs does anyone know anything about this rela.

Yea that makes no sense.
Start with ensuring your pump is priming - pump it on the top until you feel pressure. If it stays soft, report back and well go from there.
Whens the last time you changed the fuel filter? How long was it sitting since you last ran it? What is the current ambient temp range where you are?
