Just had my truck into service and had an oil leak repaired. While it was in, the service advisor recommended I get the fuel filter changed. I figured the monitor said 25% and i had 30,000 miles on the truck and no filter changes since purchase, it was time so I said yes. Not sure if the filter was changed or not. I get the truck back and it says fuel filter life is 24%. Now does the truck actually monitor filter life, or does it just measure flow and the filter was never reset?
