Fuel Rail Fittings

for those who don't know what they are,they are the fittings that go on the feed end of the fuel rail and the stock ones are extremely restrictive(you can see thru the little hole)..we just installed them on our LLY dually and the difference was amazing.on a stretch of road that we call our 1/8 mile run we would run roughly 90-92MPH but with these guys installed we jumped up another 3-5MPH in the same stretch by simply installing ones with a bigger hole so our fuel rail would keep the desired pressure(you can see thru these bad boys).
i would highly recommend for any LB,LLY,LBZ or even LMM's that have more then 450RWHP and with lift pumps so you don't stress the CP3 anymore then it is..if you need instructions on how to install i would be glad to help.

Would they be of any use on a stocker, say with a small tow tune. My thought would be that even on stock engine, less resistance would help the CP3 live longer. Am I right or am I wrong??

well yes it would help regardless but thing i would be worried about is that the CP3 would have to run harder longer to maintain pressure with the bigger hole allowing more fuel flow thats if you didn't have the lift pumps.if you hade lift pumps then yes i would do them even with a small tune..hope that makes sense

So... Lift pump first then the PPE fuel rail fittings? How much could that help 1/4 mile times?

the bigger the HP the bigger gains you will notice with the ported fittings..
i would do the lift pumps then the fittings..i know i gained a def 3-5MPH in the long run..never ran it in a quarter yet.
