OTA Update

Truck went thru an update this past weekend. Kept saying update was unsuccessful but after about half a dozen attempts, it went thru (or for some reason stopped trying).

Anyone know what the update was for?

If you have something pulled into Serial data port, the over the air will not flash. GM does a quarterly update and mainly it's warranty fixes and radio updates. I believe you can still push the update if you go through settings, system, updates. I may not have steps exactly correct.
