Use the "original cold-weld formula" J-B Weld, it is good for up to 550 degrees and stronger for the usage you stated than other versions.

All Auto parts stores have radiators for the GM diesels? All brands,just order it and be done with it......?

 

I have called the auto parts stores. They tell me they will have to order the radiator for my 2017 Duramax. Chevy dealer stated this radiator is used in the 2015 through 2019 diesel only. Still no ETA on when they will be available.

 

JB Weld gets my vote too. A hundred years ago the threads stripped out on one exhaust port on my 69 Triumph Bonneville. JB Weld to the rescue. It's still holding that flange in today.

 

A fiber glass repair kit from an autobody/auto parts store will also out live you 😁
