No the line won't expand unless it's above the hose rating. Also keep in mind pressure is force x area so if the area of the hose is small, then force trying to expell it will be too (ie 44 psi = 44 lbs per square inch). If you're worried about hose expansion, then switch over to high pressure fuel hose which is much stiffer and use band clamps or crimps to attach your MAP sensor.
