I change my fuel filter on my Duramax every 5K. The last time I changed it, it seemed to be not very full when I got it out. But maybe I slopped some and didn't realize it??? Today I change it again and there was only maybe 1/3 of a cup of fuel in it, completely drained and no slopping any.

The truck starts, runs and sounds good. Knock on wood, its been a very dependable truck. 280K. No check engine light, no nothing to indicate a problem.

My question is, Is this normal? Or is this an indication of something going bad?
