I just installed Motorops today and I noticed this evening that my high idle is not working. Other than that, I drove around today on the street/economy calibration, and couldn't stop smiling.

High Idle is only available with the Hiss tunes not the Rumble tunes is what I was told from Motorops.

The thing is it came from the factory on my truck with a manual on off via controls on the wheel.

Kinda like having that. Especially with the RV etc.

Guess you'll have to give up the rumble exhaust sound and go back to the hiss exhaust sound.

Hiss is annoying.

And I guess I don't know what's so different between the two not to allow the functionality

I recently got a low mileage used stock CP3 pump from a buddy for cheap off of his '12 Cummins 2500. I was wondering if you knew aside from getting the CP3 conversion kit for my LML is there anything else I would need? Obviously have the tuning that needs to be upgraded from MotorOps.

So, I got my stuff in yesterday. Did my exhaust removal, blocker plate install and flashed the truck with my motor ops autocal. I am just waiting for the exhaust to get here around noon tomorrow to complete my install and crank the beast up. I was convinced that I would just flash in the 60 hp tune and be done with it. So, I did, and the more I read the more I feel like I should have loaded tune 4 (120 hp) in. To get it to take last night, I used program cal to get it flashed thanks to the help of a member on this forum. I was doing it per their instructions in the book for program full and getting an error code. Anyways, I want to go ahead and put tune 4 in and let that be the first one I use after the exhaust gets here tomorrow. How do I do that? Do I go back to program cal under tuning tools and select tune 4 or is this where I go to program full? Thanks for the help. I just don't want to screw anything up.

Program cal and select the tune 4. Just make sure the key is in the on position. Then it'll walk you through the rest....good luck

Is it possible to flash my stock tune back in? If so, how do I do that? About to have to get rid of my truck. We have another baby on the way and I don't want the dealership to give me shit with it being deleted. TIA

They should be able to get you a stock tune if yours didn't save to the auto cal.

OK. That was I was more or less curious about. This is my first EFI truck. My last one I had the PPE xcelerator on it and it saved the stock file when flashing. If this did save, Where would it be? Also, would it be beneficial, financially speaking, to put it back to stock prior to trading or does the dealership even care about that?

Stock file doesn't save to autocal on lml iirc. I would check with dealer how they prefer it to be. Could be a positive or negative depending on dealer

It just depends on the dealer. Some care some don't.

This is my first efi live truck as well.

Just give them a call and they'll email you over a stock file for your truck.

No problem. Just call up whoever you ordered from and they can send a stock tune if needed

Dealers don't give a poo about a tune. At least they won't give you more for it. It may raise eyebrows with them if they know these trucks. Or they could be completely ignorant and say what's that. I'd just put it back to stock and forget about it.
