Hi! I am new to this forum and I just recently purchased this 2006 Chevy Express 3500 extended with a Duramax. It had 42,000 miles and a clean carfax report. I have done some initial mods to it to set it up for hauling bikes for my friends and myself. Working on getting the 2nd row seat covers made now. Also just getting into the exhaust and power mods. Hoping to get some feedback from you guys on what you think. I have done all the interior work myself and can fit 3 MX bikes and gear into the cargo area easily. Just ordered a 5 inch Magnaflow turbo back system for a truck to install and EFI Live is next. Also gonna do an Allison swap this winter so I can tune the motor to it's full potential. At this point I'm getting 16 mpg towing a small trailer and 23 mpg with bikes in the back and no trailer. Hope yall like it so far!

i could fit 3 bikes in my longbed dually like you said you did, but no way in hell i could ever fit 4 haha

Thanks guys, the cages were on the windows when I got it, but it worked out well for security purposes since I stay at hotels sometimes with bikes in the back. I decided against the 5 inch magnaflow system today after seeing the actual size if the pipe, it is SOOO big. Gonna go with a 4 inch system instead, just gonna buy the magnaflow muffler and have a shop make the rest of the system for me, MUCH cheaper.
