well whats the first thing you do after you lift a truck?

take its bone stock motor to the track and see what happens on 35s and a non boosted 2WD launch :thumb

Well back in the beginning of January 2013 I ordered exhaust, edge CTS, and XRT pro

ordered the following from Troll Performance
-5" Flo Pro Exhaust
-Edge CTS monitor

and the following from H&S Performance
- XRT Pro

and installed the CTS right away :thumb

well

maybe around 1-20-13 i noticed there was a leak coming from the front differential on the passenger side

(looking back, this is a common problem)

so on 1-21-13 i took the truck to the dealer to get the oil changed and have them check out the diff seal

needless to say, they said i was screwed and they blamed the lift. I told them i paid this damn truck off the day i drove it off the lot so help me out PLEASE, and they said nope

so my response was....

so i called my cousin up, told him get the tools ready because "I'm coming in hot" and i ripped that old crap out of there and put the 5" exhaust in!

That's a shitty dealership man. They wouldn't replace a axle seal bc of the lift.

Yeah, fuck them! My dealer is awesome! They replace the rear Tcase seal under warranty AFTER I was deleted. Some dealers are just awesome like that.

i havent been to a dealer since 1-21-13

the forum has taught me ALOT, and with my own tinkering i think i could tackle alot of the normal wear and tear on the truck, minus the trans/tcase and the motor (internally)

forgot to mention this, though its not really important (be cool if a mod could move this post to right after the lift installation)

sold the 20" LTZ wheels to Bama4door on here

and the tires and fox shocks to another member on here (forgot his name)

so on 2-17-13 i placed an order with XDP for some new side steps

they were doing a free shipping deal and at the time after all the promo's going around, they were the cheapest shipped to my door :thumb ($340)

so off came the DEF tank
